We’re looking for a dynamic, multi-skilled individual who can work closely with the founder and take ownership across operations, HR, business development, communication, coordination, and other mission-critical areas. This role is designed for someone who is driven, trustworthy, and ready to grow with the company through its next stage. You will act as the founder’s right hand, helping turn ideas into action and building the foundation of the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the founder to manage day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.
- Support HR activities such as hiring, interviews, onboarding, and team coordination.
- Assist in communication, documentation, presentations, and investor or partner interactions.
- Contribute to business development efforts and help explore emerging opportunities.
- Coordinate across teams, track progress, and ensure timely execution of tasks.

The Backend Developer (TypeScript / Node.js) will play a key role in building the core backend infrastructure that powers our products and internal systems. This role is ideal for a developer with strong experience in TypeScript and Node.js who can design scalable APIs, integrate complex data flows, and ensure high performance and reliability across the platform. You will collaborate closely with the frontend, mobile, and system engineering teams to deliver seamless and secure backend services.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.
- Collaborate with frontend and mobile teams to define API structures and integrations.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization flows (JWT, OAuth2, etc.).
- Work with databases such as MongoDB and MySQL, ensuring efficient and optimized queries.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following industry best practices.
- Optimize backend systems for speed, reliability, and performance.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and continuous improvement processes.
Required Skills:
- 2–3 years of experience in backend development using TypeScript and Node.js.
- Strong proficiency with Express.js or NestJS frameworks.
- Hands-on experience building RESTful APIs and working with GraphQL.
- Solid understanding of database structures (MongoDB / MySQL).
- Experience with authentication and authorization systems.
- Familiarity with AWS, Firebase, Docker, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.

The Frontend Developer (Flutter) will be responsible for building seamless and high-performance applications across Android, iOS, and potentially Web. This role is ideal for a developer with strong expertise in Flutter and Dart who can deliver pixel-perfect interfaces, ensure smooth user experiences, and integrate efficiently with backend APIs and cloud systems. You will collaborate closely with backend, product, and design teams to bring ideas to life.
Responsibilities:
- Build, test, and deploy Flutter applications for Android and iOS.
- Integrate backend APIs, Firebase services, and third-party SDKs.
- Work closely with backend engineers and designers to deliver high-quality features.
- Implement state management and maintain scalable app architecture.
- Ensure smooth app performance and maintain clean, reusable code.
- Participate in debugging, optimization, and continuous improvement of the app.
Required Skills:
- 2–3 years of experience in mobile development using Flutter and Dart.
- Experience building and deploying production apps on Android and iOS.
- Strong understanding of state management (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, etc.).
- Hands-on experience integrating REST APIs and working with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, FCM).
- Familiarity with Flutter Web, macOS/iOS native integration, or platform channels is a plus.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and app store deployment processes.
- Strong UI/UX sense with the ability to create visually polished, pixel-perfect designs.

You will work closely with the technical and engineering teams to manage deliverables, timelines, and dependencies. Your focus will be on the smooth execution of product development, while ensuring constant communication across teams to meet product goals effectively and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the project planning, scheduling, and execution to deliver the product on time and within scope.
- Work with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, product) to ensure alignment on goals and timelines.
- Track project progress and ensure milestones are met while managing project risks and dependencies.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, engineers, and leadership.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and ensure that they are clearly communicated to the team.
- Manage resources, budgets, and timelines effectively, ensuring optimal use of both time and personnel.
- Report regularly on project status to leadership and adjust priorities as necessary based on shifting needs.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in project management, ideally in the tech, robotics, or hardware development industry.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Confluence).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to solve problems, mitigate risks, and make tough decisions when necessary.
- Understanding of technical processes and development cycles, with the ability to translate technical goals into actionable steps.
The Operations Manager will serve as a trusted partner to the company, managing all key administrative and operational tasks. This role involves acting as the first point of contact for external communications, coordinating schedules, representing the company in meetings, and handling critical logistics. You will be responsible for managing company operations, supporting recruitment processes, and maintaining smooth internal functions, all while ensuring that the founder’s time and priorities are protected. This is a crucial role for enabling the company to scale effectively and efficiently while maintaining a high level of trust and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the key point of contact between the founder and external stakeholders (investors, partners, etc.).
- Manage and optimize the founder’s calendar, ensuring time is allocated effectively.
- Attend and represent the founder at important meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring professional and effective communication.
- Coordinate logistics for events, meetings, travel, and special projects.
- Oversee basic HR and administrative tasks including recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, and record management.
- Assist in setting priorities, tracking progress on key company initiatives, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Ensure smooth communication between all internal teams, fostering collaboration and tracking team deliverables.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to represent the founder professionally in various settings.
